All submissions will be attributed either to you as an individual or to your organisation. If your response is on behalf of an organisation, it is your organisation's name that will be displayed with your submission rather than your individual name.
A summary report will be made available at the end of the consultation.
DECC reserves the right to remove abusive or offensive language.
You can participate in the consultation at any time up until the end of the consultation on 8th May 2009. You can add to and update your submission at any time during this period.
